Cold deformation of raw material, by expanding, forms a surface with regular openings mainly rhomboidal, square , round or hexagonal. Expanded and micro expanded metals are alternatives to wire nets and wire meshes, considering that mesh opening range goes from 30 mm to 0.15 mm.
Expanded metal can be either unflattened or flattened in order to obtain a flat and smooth surface. Available in rolls and panels, we can produce expanded metals according to customers requirements.
Materials: mild steel- galvanized steel - stainless steel– aluminium – etc.
Sheets and rolls Sizes: mm.1000x2000, 1250x2500,1500x3000 or rolls h=1000 – 1250 – 1500 are the standard size, other sizes as required
